David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. I will have no hesitation at all getting him back to carry out other works. I have piping hot water again. Thank you very much.
