we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

the price was agreed,time and date was agreed,the boiler and radiators were installed as arranged ,chris the pumber was a good worker,all done in one day,he didnot ask for a deposit,settlment when job was complete, everything seems to be working ok, i would use him again and i shall ask him to do periodic checks etc. john
They came and quoted the same day,started the work with a few days and carried on until they finished a really fresh chance from tradesmen that mess you around. I would without doubt use them again.
