To replace this 25 years+ ancient gas hob required a person with experience in gas, electricity and carpentry - 4.5 - 5 hours of continuous work. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since.
