Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

To replace this 25 years+ ancient gas hob required a person with experience in gas, electricity and carpentry - 4.5 - 5 hours of continuous work.
