Maitham was at my house within an hour of me raising a ticket on an early Friday evening. Carried out a thorough investigation, had parts with him, fitted and tested them on the spot. Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since.
