Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Gavin was hired to move our boiler into a bedroom & fix our toilet cistern. Paid him in cash £1200. Still waiting for him to come back to finish off the toilet,3 months know & counting. He advised us to renew our thermostat as the other one wasn't working correctly. We paid him £150 cash for this part. Now saying we didn't pay. Numerous text, phone calls & emails, kept saying I'll call in next week, yeah right. Don't waste your time or money on this guy. Go elsewhere.
