We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.
