Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. House was left exactly as it was before the job started. No mess. Being able to pay by debit card was nice too.

They came in the evening about 6.30 they soon diagnosed my problem. I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour. They cleaned up after them selfes I was very pleased with service and recommend them very highly.

They were originally very good, and very polite and keen to do a proper job. However once it became apparent that the job was a bit fiddly (as I mentioned in the description) they said they would come back. As yet I haven’t heard from them again.

Responded quickly to job and came to view boiler next day and give a quote. Arranged appointment to fix twice but failed to attend, explained reasons afterwards (other jobs taking longer and an emergency). Rearranged third time and job complete.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
