Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.

I posted my job after one engineer could not get my thermostat working (despite replacing it 3 times), and another was charging extertionate rates for labour. Ussman provided a quote and managed to solve the issue quickly and without any fuss. Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. Had toilet water tank leak. Veron was very understanding and professional and provided excellent service to locate the source of leak and isolate.
