Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. Shiran rang to quote within the hour. Prior to this I had had 3 cancellations from big companies. He quoted less than all of them, offered to come that day or at the weekend at no extra charge and was right on time. He spent 2 hours on the service and went above and beyond the call of duty with cleaning the fire. When I had the service done previously it took around 10 minutes! I prefer to use local tradesmen rather than big businesses if possible and this proves that often the service is 10 times better!
