I then tried to chat with them through the apps chat function but didn’t get any reply. They were polite on the phone and the price was very low.

Paid him a deposit to cover materials.Arranged date to start the work but he kept rearranging it. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts before finally blocking me. Work never got done and refused to return deposit. Gave 1 star because unable to give zero stars. I wouldn't recommend him.
