No problems with this tradesman. Dean was Polite, respectful & forward with information regarding exactly what was being done on this boiler service. Will invite him back next year when it's due again. Have already spoken about getting a price for more work here for control of radiators via hive. ????

I had a partition wall removed to create an open plan living space on the ground floor and the builders did an exceptional job! They were professional, efficient and completed the work to a high standard. The space looks incredible now and the process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great and they made sure to keep everything clean and tidy throughout the project. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend them for any home improvement work.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

Richard was able to offer not only a competitive quote, but was also able to identify and solve some challenging installment issues with ease. He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. I would recommend him for your radiator installition without hesitation.

Rude and insulting. He should not be included on such a site and allowed to attend premises where he behaves so nastily. I had another builder from this site who was polite and nice. As a woman who lives alone I think this is unacceptable.

The AA carried out my boiler replacement on the agreed date and the work was done quickly efficiently and very well. They left the house clean and tidy and explained how to use the boiler and new thermostat

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

I am suprised that this plumber appears on your website.He quoted £50 for the job admitted that he does not usually change taps and only fits boilers.He spent 4.5 hours on his visit and was clearly incompetent.He was unable to change the tap in the utility room and forcibly removed our sink severely damaging our worktop.The result of his visit is a bill for £650 to replace the worktop and sink.Do not use this tradesman under any circumstances.Awfull and should be removed from this website

We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
