We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. We recently had a leak in our downstairs toilet and needed a tap repaired. We called Clever Heating and they were able to arrange a suitable day and time for the repairs. They took care of both issues on the same day, and we were very happy with the service. We have a few more jobs coming up and will definitely be calling on their services again.

I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
After paying the agreed £220, the boiler failed completely after three months. George promised free fixes if issues arose, but after multiple calls and texts, he ignored me completely. Resetting didn’t help, leaving me without heating or hot water. I warned him I'd leave a review if he didn’t respond by 17/02/25. I am extremely dissatisfied with George and this bad job.
Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
