Had a honest quote for a big job and they even managed to fit it in in just 3 days job was complete..ordered parts and kept me informed at all stages then put in a long shift to complete even when other minor problems occurred they fixed it also with ease .Would recommend to friends & family always . This is the first time I've ever had to sack a tradesman from any of my properties. Ali is hopelessly inexperienced and tried to take on our boiler install which was way beyond his capabilities. He left a gaping core hole in our living room, a giant drill bit embedded in our kitchen floor and a giant bill £2400 for parts he ordered that would have left us uninsured in the event of any incident. This man is woefully poor at his job and will promise the earth but unfortunately does not have the skills. Avoid!

Paul was busy for the first few days I wanted him but managed go fit me in on a Saturday morning.
