Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. DO NOT USE. Left me without any gas because he didn’t know how to reset a medium pressure regulator. Phoned me as I was out and then just left the property. He had already been paid! Had to call SGN out who reset it but couldn’t put the gas on as he hadn’t commissioned the appliance I had paid him to install. Had to pay another firm to come out and cap it off as an emergency. so my gas could be switched on. I am now back where I started. Complete disregard for safety.
