I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
After paying the agreed £220, the boiler failed completely after three months. George promised free fixes if issues arose, but after multiple calls and texts, he ignored me completely. Resetting didn’t help, leaving me without heating or hot water. I warned him I'd leave a review if he didn’t respond by 17/02/25. I am extremely dissatisfied with George and this bad job.

Kailum did a super job replacing a couple of radiators and installing an additional one in a ‘cold’ room. A once unusable space is now inhabitable. DO NOT USE. Left me without any gas because he didn’t know how to reset a medium pressure regulator. Phoned me as I was out and then just left the property. He had already been paid! Had to call SGN out who reset it but couldn’t put the gas on as he hadn’t commissioned the appliance I had paid him to install. Had to pay another firm to come out and cap it off as an emergency. so my gas could be switched on. I am now back where I started. Complete disregard for safety.
