I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.

To replace this 25 years+ ancient gas hob required a person with experience in gas, electricity and carpentry - 4.5 - 5 hours of continuous work. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional.
