Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.
I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.

Asked to fix a kitchen leak from a reverse osmosis filter. He took a part off, cleaned the limescale and added silicone and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs later the tube started leaking a lot, took video and turned the tube feed off. When I requested a redress, he said he was on holiday and could send an engineer; I asked how the engineer would fix it but received no response after 2 messages. The tube needed to be changed or hole where tube feeds, made bigger. Would not recommend.
