The job to clear the bath, and as more complex than anticipated, but Dan made sure that he did everything to fix it. He put back everything he had to remove and left the bathroom clean and tidy. I Will definitely use the maintenance plumber again if we have any future plumbing issues

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

I contacted them on 17th Jan chasing this up and they said they would check and call me straight back. they did not call back. This means I have no heating or hot water.

I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
George was great. Came prepared and knew what the problem was straight away. Offered great advice for other Gas problems in the house. Couldn't recommend more.
