Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. Welcome to LWR Property Services Profile. I cover a wide range of services and complete them to a very high standard. I work mostly on my own and have very little overheads as I am a very small company meaning my prices are relatively low compared to your "bigger" companies with more overheads. I have good relationships with suppliers meaning I can usually get you the same product, cheaper. Yes, I pass on the discount to the customer! Which is probably one of the bigger reasons why I am usually a cheaper option. Yes, being on my own (most of the time, depends on the size of the job) can mean jobs take slightly longer I have to admit however, I promise you will get the same standard of job, if not better for less cost to you. I am very confident at what I do. It is all I have ever done since leaving school and I do take great pride in the work I do, if I am not 100% confident that I can give you a great result, I simply won't do it and will recommend someone who can for example, cutting a stone worktop. Something I do not have the equipment to do. Doing a good job is important to me because if I don't, you'll give me a bad review and in turn, lose potential work. That is something a very small, local tradesman like myself simply can't afford. Had Luke round to do my job, well pleased with fence and gate, had him back a few more times to do other bits and bobs around the garden, he's a lovely friendly bloke and can't do enough to help, cleaned up after and gave advice on saving money for job I needed doing, will definitely have more jobs for him in future

Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits
