Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. I would highly recommend Robbie and not only do we look forward to using his services again but have already recommended him to our friends.

I wish to thank 'Rated People' for providing me with such outstanding people as Ben and Nathan. Not only were they a delight to have around the house, but their attention to detail and superb finish, exceeded my expectations. It is rare these days, to find such young guys who pride themselves on perfection. They're a great team and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering tiling or re-tiling. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

This family have been marvelous, getting a very urgent collection sorted out for me mega quickly, so that l would not lose my property permanently (which was likely to happen imminently), and which would have caused me great distress. Now l can relax and sort things out with them once the worst of the pressure is off. Many thanks, boys, for being so kind. An efficient, willing and very pleasant worker. I was really satisfied with the building of my IKEA wardrobes at a reasonable cost. I have asked him to return to rehang some internal doors.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
