These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Please dont use, you will get ripped off. I was told to expect a payment of £60 or so. The work needed one more detector than planned so would have been fine with little extra payment, however I checked and the materials we have been double charged. So the end price we paid was 3x more than discussed. We definitely will not be using this service again and not recommended. Honesty goes a long way to loyalty.

Paid a 10% Deposit for an Extension (MJG wanted 40%) at the beginning of April 21 so MJG could "register our works" and give us a start date which was intimated to be early June. Communication has been "sporadic" at best, with a number of what we can only assume to be excuses, as we cannot communicate with MJG. No start date has been given, no verbal communication with us since the middle of May 21. We have now asked for our "deposit" back and again have heard nothing from MJG - want to give 0 Star.......

At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
