Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future

An excellent job on my very shabby looking guttering, which is now looking amazing. Jeff was efficient, tidy, and also sorted out a roof leak and tile replacement, and aerial removal. I would definitely recommend Jeff. Good pricing as well.

Paul was very efficient and professional. I liked getting a printed quote and then a printed invoice at the end. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and respectful of my property. He was also able to complete the work quickly and I am very pleased with the finished work so much so that I have asked him to quote for more work. An excellent choice!

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. SMK & Son responded to my call for a badly leaking roof, immediately. It turned out to be very serious and in the end they replaced the whole roof in awful weather. They organised everything very professionally. Cannot fault them. HIGHLY recommended. Do not hesitate to use them.
