He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I contacted Raymond re problem with facia missing. He replied promptly and came out to see the job and quoted best price. I initially gave him the job but i had decorators in at the time who persuaded me to get them to replace wood and paint it and gutters . I felt bad as he was going to come over to do job asap, everyone else was 2 to 3 weeks but he couldn't have been nicer when i said he wasnt needed and was glad the job was getting done. Good business manners in my mind.

The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.
