During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. Did a good job, however did not provide invoice for the charge and what was completed charged the maximum for the job.
Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work
