Absolutely amazing. We have a very old house with very interesting shapes. The frames he had to fit the doors into were extremely tricky. The work he did on the new doors was phenomenal. According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Kyle renovated our kitchen ready for us to install kitchen units. He put up a new ceiling and plastered the walls. He laid a new floor and told us that he had levelled it for tiles. Floor has not been levelled properly. There is a raised area in the middle of the floor. We can’t tile without relaying. Kyle damaged our UPVC back door, there’s a hole in it. Ceiling has a gap, I can see through to the joists. Can’t contact Kyle, won’t answer phone or message on here.
