He came to my house to repair my my rain down pipe.he charged me £4.75 just to change a small piece of pipe. He promised with me to come next day to clean the gutters but he didn’t come. His phone is switched off and not responding my calls. He also broke my exhaust fan cover and didn’t tell me

During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!
