James was fantastic to deal with. Communication was always clear, and he did as he said he would. Our job expanded as he got to the source of the issues; he was transparent in explaining this and the added costs to fix the problem. He's an exceptionally hard worker, committed to doing a good job, and he was also able to arrange a tiler whose work we were happy with. Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The job required the removal and refitting of a toilet which was also expertly completed. Thanks, Sam, for your hard work and craftsmanship.

Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away. Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
