We contacted Goroof because a flat roof was causing a leak into the house. There had been torrential rain for a few days. The roof was no longer leakproof and needed to be replaced. We were very fortunate to be contacted by Jim at Goroof. He quoted promptly for the job based on photos that I sent to him. He came round punctually on the agreed day, and replaced the roof to a very high standard at the agreed price. I will be contacting Jim again if anything else needs attention. Highly recommended!

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.
