Completely unprofessional. Had a leak in the roof, Instead of finding source of leak they changed my whole roof costing lot of money. Roof is still leaking. From past 6 months been chasing for them to rectify, but no action. Each time Max would give some reasoning saying- they are poorly and having health problems, or need to take daughter to balle class etc. Address in invoice is also false. These type of traders should be blacklisted. Not sure how rated people vet traders, wont use rated people anymore

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
