Totally botched what should have been an easy job , screwed into central heating pipe causing a leak which we only discovered the next day . When the gas engineer came out, he discovered that craig had tried to patch it up with toilet paper and plumbers putty, total fail ,Craig has been promising to refund the money we paid but still no sign of him doing so . Would not recommend

Just poor in every aspect. Sloppy workmanship has led to leaks in the bathroom, seals having to be replaced. We are now looking to have someone else come in to redo the work. Please avoid at all costs for your own sake.
