Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

is it not customary to remove any rubbish from the job? it certainly used to be. and it is NOT customary to leave the client's toilet with large lumps of plaster in it.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

GD replaced fence posts and put the fence back up as requested. They even spotted some other work that need done (a fallen wall) and arranged to rebuild this as well. All good quality work at a reasonable price. Would recommend!
These young people appeared as promised and undertook a contract of work. They were very likeable young men. Sadly it became apparent that they couldn’t fulfill the job they agreed to do. Indeed it saddens me to say that they did a bit more damage than they fixed. They did promise to rectify this but I haven’t seen them in a fortnight. So whilst I would be glad to see them again. I don’t think I will.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.
