George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again
