My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Living 100 miles from the job, I needed a reliable contractor I felt I could trust. David and his team more than lived up to my expectations. He renovated a complete one bedroom flat from re wire, re plumb, new boiler bathroom, kitchen, flooring, fitted cupboards etc the list goes on. I hired Alpha Homes initially to tile the floors of my en-suite bathroom and main bathrooms which went well until I gave them the tiling of the wall of the main bathrooom. Alpha Homes did the tiling to the best of their ability, however they left a couple of chipped tiles in the work which was a bit disappointing, they had promised to come back and apply silicone to the edge of the tiled walls and around the edge of the bath which they never did. Appearances can be deceiving and do keep an eye on their work

I'd highly recommend John. He managed our expectations well from the start - turned up on time to quote, delivered a quote the next day as promised, provided references when we asked for them (who backed up that he's a good builder), found a space in his schedule quickly to fit our job in, did it quickly, efficiently and leaving no mess afterwards. And charged us a reasonable amount for the work. Couldn't speak more highly of him, and will definitely ask him to quote on our extension when we progress with the planning.
