Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. John came out to view and price the job at the agreed date and time and then came out to carry out the work a few days later. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought but he went above and beyond to complete the work.
I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

Andy and his team did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring. They worked very hard on both days they were at the house and the standard of work was top notch. Very pleased with the flooring and would highly recommend this tradesman.

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

Don’t hire. Came round, gave a quote, happy with price, arranged date. Which was then changed as he forgot about a charity walk, arranged new date. Never turned up!! No response to messages the day before or on the day. No explanation. If you didn’t want to do the job, just say so, it’s not hard. Complete waste of time.
