A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
