Had toilet water tank leak. Veron was very understanding and professional and provided excellent service to locate the source of leak and isolate. Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.

Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
