The boiler replacement and new radiators was performed flawlessly and they managed to deal with a few small repair jobs that were needed at the same time. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after.
