I contacted MLS kitchens for a complete kitchen refurbishment and redesign. They reponded very promptly and were always very helpful with any queries. The kitchen is of a very high standard and I am extremely impressed with their work. The kitchen installers they worked with, and the the various workmen (electrician, plasterer etc) were very relaible and the work was carried out to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

There are two halves to the story. I posted this job and I had a response by a phone call saying that he’ll come across and looking into my problem. He arrived. He checked my problem with my light switch he checked behind it and found a loose wire and put this wire in the right place. He charged me £226. I feel this is quite excessive of a price just to rewire wire. I had no choice to pay as it did not give me an upfront price in the first place.
