Job was done as specified but not quite excelelnt on keeping us updated on progress of job post quote.
I am a time served engineer with 50 plus years of experience in maintenance of all types of buildings, grounds and gardens. My skills are attention to detail no matter what sort of job i am doing and include the following, painting and decorating, assembly of flat pack units, curtain poles and tracks, blinds, shelves, mirrors & picture hanging, all handyman and general D.I.Y jobs. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
