Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.
