Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

This company are just acting as middlemen and charge a fortune for it! £82.50 (per 30 mins), but minimum 1 hour, plus VAT on top! They didn’t advise VAT wasn’t included in the initial quote either. However, they arranged a tradesmen to attend within a few hours of the initial call and he was very good.

Extremely happy with the job. I had my bath replaced, new tiling done and taps/shower fitted. George was very communicative, helpful and completed the job quickly and to a really high standard. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
