I contacted Dan because my 3-year-old dishwasher was making a horrible noise, refused to work and showed an F2 fault. The appointment was made in a matter of hours and thankfully he had availability next day. Dan spent some time finding out the problem and succeeded in clearing out the debris. Thankfully there were no other alarm bells and so I am now very pleased with having a working dishwasher again! What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Two of their team attended in a timely fashion and the work was carried out to a very high standard. All old components were disposed of and everything was left clean and dust free.
