Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Roy was very friendly , looked at the jobs to be done very thorough replaced the locking mechanism and a new handle, also the hinges on my bathroom window. He then serviced my patio doors sorted out the problems I had . Well worth the money . I will use again if needed
