Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

The job was completed without fuss, and within a very reasonable timeframe. Andrew was very pleasant throughout. Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small

I’m a first class time served tradesman qualified in the profession of carpentry and joinery and have 25 years experience in the construction industry who has recently decided to go out alone as a sole trader and make a go of building up my own business having the knowledge and experience in all aspects of joinery work. I really can't rate Davie high enough. Never have I had a tradesman so eager to please the customer. He contacted me within one minute of my job being posted and turned up the next day when he said he would. His quote was in the ball park of what I expected. At every stage of the job, he texted me to let me know where he was at, i.e. brick matching etc. I would like to say thank you to Davie and his team. It is so great to be able to say "this is what I need done". And to have it done, no hassle.
