George was great. Super responsive. Great comms. Moved fast. Was all solutions. Repaired what he could, and more than originally requested. But did not aggressively upsell me. Candidly advised me to replace one sash window (beyond reasonably repair) at the v top of the house while we have the scaffolding up. All round great service. Definitely one of the best people I’ve sourced via this platform (or similar) on short notice. So good that I’ve put him on our local WhatsApp group of recommended tradespeople!

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with John work. He and his team are polite,positive and hard working. Costs fully explained and paid based on schedule of works as building progresses. Any issues, changes are discussed and agreed. All finished inside time quoted. I will be recommending to my friends.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. A very professional job. The job was very good value and the standard of work was very good. I felt that the effort Gordon put into understanding my vision was brilliant, the patio far exceeded my expectations and helped me achieve my vision without making any compromises. The other odds and ends (removing a rockery, replacing a wall ) were also completed really well. A brilliant job I am already planning my next phase a drive or water feature !! I would definately recommend using his company.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

Russell and his team provided us with a superb garage conversion - on time and in budget. All of the contractors were approachable during the build and worked to a high standard. All our requirements were met at build completion. A good find! Would certainly hire again Russell's team for future building works.

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. Julian's team of workers were the most friendly and hard working we have ever experienced, always ready to meet our requests. We are delighted with the quality end result and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family alike. 5 stars all round!

I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . Definitely used him again and recommend to every one .

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.
