Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I am extremely pleased with the work carried out by CFX Building Services to rebuild the boundary retaining wall. It was a complex job, following a detailed surveyor's plan. CFX's expertise, attention to detail and conscientious attitude is clearly reflected in the completed project.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Neil ended up completing the full 2nd fix in my new build property, including fitting of staircase, kitchen, doors, skirting, laminate and associated tasks. All work was completed to a high standard, including the overcoming of some difficulties in actually fitting in the staircase to comply with building control. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for your carpentry project and will certainly use him again.
