Talked to Steve on the phone, he sent a couple of capable lads the same day. After investigation, what looked like a small problem turned out to be bigger. The lads were thorough, polite and cleaned up the area well at the end. The price seemed reasonable to me for the amount of labour and expertise involved.
I had Wojciech repair a persistent bathroom leak, and I’m very impressed! He was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue. He explained the repair process clearly and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean afterward. The leak is completely fixed, and the quality of his work is outstanding. It was not leaking! Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed
