After flood and storm damage Howard and his team attended the house very quickly. They submitted an extremely efficient report of works required and the qoute was very good. We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.
