I was very pleasantly surprised a how quickly Rankins responded to my job listed here, and very impressed that they came and did the job during last week. The house looks a lot better and I trust that it is now rainproof!

Very unreliable, gave me a start date and then cancelled. He done the same thing to my brother, gave him a start date and then never turned up or answered his phone. my job is now at a stand still while I try and find another plasterer. disgusting service, will not be using or recomending him again.

Arranged an appointment at property for a repair quote. They didn't turn up.

Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
